Michael Ganiere

Mike is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience in driving strategic organizational development initiatives for top-tier companies. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Diversity at Dematic, he leads a diverse team dedicated to recruiting top talent worldwide and fostering more inclusive work environments. With past roles at renowned organizations including Northwestern Mutual, Johnson Controls, Nestle, and Pepsi, Mike has honed his expertise in solving business challenges by establishing organizational clarity of vision, mission, and purpose. Residing in Oak Creek, WI, with his wife of over 20 years, two teenage children, and two dogs, Mike's passion for people, which initially led him to become a youth pastor while attending Central Bible College in Springfield, MO, continues to drive his involvement in local church ministry and his role as a board member for IBC.
