Inner Beauty Center is expanding the Board. We are looking for 2-3 candidates who have specific skill sets.
- Communications and community engagement: publish a quarterly newsletter, monitor our Facebook page, create educational information for community events, and attend south side community events such as MPD District 2 open house held annually. Assist with other needs in this area,
- Fundraising Manager: Create and develop fundraising events, manage volunteers for said events, help secure donations for fundraising events.
- Legal Consultant: provide legal consultation for Inner Beauty Center on MOU’s, occupancy, partnerships and contracts.
Candidates will be pass a background check prior to interviewing for the position. Candidates must have an understanding of the issues surrounding all types of human trafficking and substance abuse, have and awareness of trauma informed care, and be willing to learn about best practices in regards to services for human trafficking victims and substance abuse.

Our board meets every 1-3 months typically by zoom.
